The CHH service takes place on the second Sunday of each month, starting at 10.30am, and lasts for just half an hour, leaving the rest of the day free.
It is specifically geared towards families with young children, but everyone who is young at heart is welcome.
The buzz is just amazing. Anyone, of any age, can pick up an instrument as they arrive and jingle, rattle, or bash it at any time they see fit during the service. The hope is that it will be during a song but it’s not compulsory to stick to that. The young ones come to the front and participate in the story, often with surprising results. To witness a child who we have known since a tiny baby read the prayers for the first time is a heart-warming experience for us all.
